80’s Blouse with Scarf Collar cowboys - 17" shoulder to shoulderStylish late 80s blouse by Nicola with unusual pointed collar like a built in scarf. Labeled 12, fits like a Medium. Measures 26 long, 21 across chest. Buttons all down the back. The material is lightweight polyester, feels a little like silk. Padded shoulders which could easily be removed. Made in Korea. Excellent condition.
