Victorian inspired blouse with lace and ivory ruffle accent stripes throughout sheer top. Comfortable, boxy drape, roomy fit top because of dolman sleeve style. Slight boat neckline with peek a boo back and top button loop closure. No tags in garment. In good vintage condition showing normal signs of wear. Small areas where lace ruffles are folded over or creased, steaming will fix this
