50's Black Velvet Swirly Fascinator with Black Netting by Colby jacobean floral maxi Waist - 14 1/8 inches1950s Black velvet fascinator with swirls and black netting. It has a wide velvet headband with a black mesh cap covered with black netting. The netting has a few small breaks that are not too noticeable and could easily be removed or replace. The hat is still in very good vinatge condition. measurements: Fits most due to design. Length of headband is 10 3 4"
