A rare signed postcard depicting First World War fighter ace Leutnant (later Oberleutnant) Max Immelmann, in uniform and with an array of decorations including the Pour le Mrite clearly visible, the lower half of the image overlaid by Immelmanns clear handwritten signature in black ink, the lower right corner bearing a mark indicating the the postcard was issued as part of a series of wartime
