Domaine Baudouin Millet La Perle Petit Chablis 2024 les-griffons-de-pichon-baron This is the second releaseA special cuve from Domaine Baudouin Millet, La Perle is their super Petit Chablis, a more layered and textural interpretation of the appellation. Sourced from nearly 40 year old vines in the commune of Poilly sur Serein, the vineyards sit on the south eastern edge of the Chablis region where the family farms nine hectares of Petit Chablis. Fermented in stainless steel and aged nine months on fine lees with regular btonnage, the extended levage brings
