Germany, Kriegsmarine. An Administrative Obergefreiter’s Sleeve Insignia certificate_of_authenticity 1919 (3rd Division Order 3754(Kriegsmarine rmelabzeichen). Constructed of dark blue wool, the obverse bearing dual machine embroidered gold bullion wire tresses, topped by a golden yellow machine embroidered insignia, unmarked, measuring 102 mm (w) x 128 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
