With the 2016 vintage, now the 2nd Barolo Ravera from Paolo Scavino's fine forge from the highest wine growing region of the cellars at 430 meters above sea level. The Paolo Scavino Ravera Barolo DOCG presents itself with a bouquet of violets and red fruits. On the palate, the Paolo Scavino Ravera Barolo DOCG is balsamic and soft with notes of tobacco, white peach and cherry. Silky tannins
