the obverse with a silver rightward facing bust of Friedrich within a silver pebbled field

Constructed of orange cotton, the exterior bearing a black ink inscription of VERKEHRS AUFSICHT (TRAFFIC CONTROL or SUPERVISION), unmarked, measuring 202 mm (w) x 92 mm (h) when folded on a flat surface, in extremely fine condition.
