No angle, no twist on the classic, just a flavourful tropical spiced Rum based on our fine barrels here in White Bay. They start by blending various Rums for the base, mainly ex wine casks (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Bordeaux, Sherry) with some ex Whiskey casks. They then blend this base Rum with their delicious Coconut Rum at around 4 1 ratio. This final blend then undergoes a gentle maceration of
